1. I open JSP file and set focus to f:view, selection bar is empty (screenshot 1)
2. I switch to "Source" view, selection bar appears again (screenshot 2)
3. I change cursor position to another tag, selection bar disappears (screenshot 3).
Switching to another tab returns it back
