When SOA-P servers are detected and registered, they actually come across as EAP 5.x.
There is no explicit SOA-P server type at this point for 4.1.1. It's been discussed a
few times, but never done. The EAP 5.x library seems to do the trick. And since SOA-P 5.x
is based on EAP 5.x, we seem to be ok.
