It's much safer to use org.jboss.tools.seam.core.SeamUtil.enableSeamSupport() to enable Seam support for the project rather than adding the nature using Eclipse API directly. SeamUtil.enableSeamSupport() will insert Seam (and KB if needed) nature/builder in correct order between Java and WST builders.
