I've added the notion of execution environments. Each server type now has a default
execution environment. This can theoretically be changed, but as of now there's no UI
for that. The UI *has* been cleaned up a bit to show an error in the runtime wizard when
there is no suitable runtime for this server type based on the current execution
environment.

Each jboss runtime has a specific execution environment associated with it. Some JBoss
versions require more than others. Using execution environments might even be able to help
clean up a few dirty classes.
