None of our jbds win 10 images is virtualization-enabled. I was checking in powershell
that Win32_Processor instances' properties do not have set virtualization flags set to
true (VirtualizationFirmwareEnabled, SecondLevelAddressTranslationExtensions). Maybe, if
the images that are used for jbds images buiilds have this feature set on, we could
utilize nested virtualization.
