Switched manifest to include junit4 and the test ran clean locally, so I've committed
that change. I guess we're good here.

Could be intermittent, could be slave-specific. Could also be missing metadata in
MANIFEST.MF. eclipse .log from the failing test is attached -- does this test require
JUnit 3 or 4? MANIFEST.MF states JUnit 3, but Tycho is trying to load JUnit 4. Mismatch?
