So Jiri, with the latest CR2 builds we now have XML and CSV templating and this fix for
the combo box should show up in the next JBT build (after 1/7/2010).

Steps:
1. Have smoke configuration (Input task -> Java Mapping)
2. Click on Java Mapping -> Apply template
Only selectable Message type is CSV.
1. Why only CSV can be selected?
2. If only one item is available, why to select?
3. Bad layout ( control is very strange )
4. When clicked selection is thin inside thick original control
