[~xiazhao2015] your environment is rather weird: You say that it's 3.2.0.Alpha1 and
that you're using Eclipse Neon.
Eclipse Neon is the Eclipse for 4.4.0.Alpha1 (not 3.2.0.Alpha1). The update site that you
are providing (http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/neon/snapshots/updates/core/master/)
clearly states this version:

I suspect that you are referring to the version of the OpenShift plugins which is indeed
3.2.0.Alpha1:

Can you please clarify?
