If replace org.eclipse.jst.j2ee.componentcore.J2EEModuleVirtualComponent class (which is
1.40.2.1 revision) in org.eclipse.jst.j2ee_1.1.402.v201009151730.jar with its last version
from repository HEAD (which is 1.42 revision) then bug not reproduced. So it will be fixed
automaticaly during jar updating.
