Reason this fails is because you're trying to install a 3rd party feature (mylyn) from
the JBDS core site. The third party stuff is NOT on that site.
It's a bit like going into a car dealership and trying to buy a goat - they just
don't have what you're looking for.
Therefore, since your usecase is invalid, I'm rejecting this issue.
Better approach to test central is here: JBDS-2469, until such time as JBIDE-13599 is
fixed.
