As I said in my previous comment, you can still type whatever you want, so it behaves as a

There's no tooltip though, and using the spinner when both values are
"unlinked", seems weird

Allow a user to add ports to a deployment other then just those explicitly exposed on the
docker image
* Also only remove those which were added
* Only reset those which are defaults
* Edit via double click
