Yeah, rather than "not a bug", more appropriate would be "known issue with
hi-res monitors on windows". Here's the upstream bug:

It has been marked as Resolved rececently, so we should see it in Neon soon.

See attached screenshots - after installing 9.1.0, server adapters are seen on RHEL, not
on Windows10.
