Yes, for big projects, if you open the file first time right after eclipse start then it
could take time.
Please, provide steps to reproduce the issue.
Too long waiting for faces-config.xml file open.

Eclipse 3.7 with instaled JBoss Tools - when I try to open faces-config.xml - mouse
double click on file in Package Explorer - too long waiting for open the file - then I
restart eclipse and try open it once again - in fresh copy I've drink a cup of tea -
then I see the file opened.
