We can't present it anywhere else than after the creation process without actually
persisting it somewhere and then that info is not available for projects not created with
the client.
For Beta1 I say just do what have been done for M5 - present the output for users to
see/read/copy/paste.
Then later one we can look at a way to dump the environment variables via an rhc-shell
call which would reveal usernames/passwords AFAIK

Jacoco Maven plugin allows to add very seamlessly code coverage while executing tests.
Build should leverage this and get rid of additional build steps configured for emma
plugin.
