This patch should fix the issue. It now works with the Flight example you provided. I need
to do some further testing to make sure I didn't break anything else, but will deliver
and continue to tweak for Beta.

The WSDL at http://flightaware.com/commercial/flightxml/data/wsdl1.xml appears to parsed
correctly by WS Tester, but when I select the "AiportInfo" operation, the
message template is not generated.
