I pull the initial ports from the xml files directly. I search for the proper xml path,
and take the value and use it.

running with ports different than the default requires manual editing.
We should ask for them (with default values) when configuring/creating the server.
Have a page in the launch config with these fields instead of having to edit each launch
config option.
