Sorry, I didn't make it clear - this is a platform installer issue, not devstudio. I
assigned it to you, [~nickboldt], because you fixed them the first time around in
JBDS-3776.

A while back we moved the devstudio icons to show 9.1 as their version. It's time to
update that since we've switched to 10.0.
