Not sure we should expan the Add and remove projects - its behavior looks like a good
compromise to not get a fullscreen dialog.
The New server runtime definitly look like it should try and use the title/message area in
the titleareadialog instead of using a label and maybe make the list a combo ?

On Linux (Gnome), default window sizes for "New Server" and
"New Server Runtime" wizards are too small. I'm always having
to make them bigger.
In the case of "New Server" specially to add/remove deployable
archives from different projects. Without expanding it, I can't see the
full name of most of my project archives.
In the case of "New Server Runtime", this is to be able to see
most of the server configurations in a AS/EAP instance. With the
default size, I can only see one.
