I didn't remove installers with EAP just added runtimes folder and configured it by
default as location where runtimes should be detected
at install time create an <jbdevstudio>/runtimes for easy
"installation" of runtimes

right now dont bundle an EAP and when we do we add a <jbdevstudio>/eap-xyz. to the
install.
I suggest we add a generic runtimes folder no matter if servers are added or not which
will be automatically identified when you start jbds.
