I have reviewed SOA-5.2.0.ER1

The runtime plugin uses the ServerLoaderBean class from the as.core plugin that reads a
version from <SOA_HOME>/jboss-as/bin/twiddle.jar
This jar contains "Specification-Version: 5.1.1" in the MANIFEST.MF.
JBoss runtime detector does not detect SOA 5.2 version correctly
