Excuse me my double comments - some bad gateway condition occured.
Basically this patch makes ejb.jar to be packed when deployed inside war. I believe my
understanding of moduleTree is OK - I wanted to make ejb.jar packed only inside war as
contrary to ear deployment where it's fine to make it unpacked.

EJB jars deployed in WAR's WEB-INF/lib are exploded. That cause errors. Everything in
WEB-INF/lib should be zipped. This is similiar to JBIDE-9836.
