Description: the current express test feature is not named correctly. It is called
org.jboss.tools.openshift.test.feature whereas it should be called
org.jboss.tools.openshift.*express*.test.feature (was: the current express test feature

called org.jboss.tools.openshift.express.test.feature)
Rename org.jboss.tools.openshift.test.feature to
