Although a consensus was not reached, I believe all could live with changing the name of
the view from "ModeShape Servers" to "ModeShape" like was first
proposed. The tree content would stay the same and still refer to servers, repositories,
and workspaces. I'll make this change unless someone complains.

The ModeShape Servers view provides one more overloaded use of the word
"Server". Perhaps do what was done for the Teiid Designer's server view and
simply call it "ModeShape"?
