The issue were originally reported against JBDS which doesn't have the patches yet.
the remaining issue is to make sure we use the fixes made for jmx on AS 5.1 and verify
that it works with EAP 5 too (which needs its own server id too under the enterprise
category)

Window -> Preferences
Expand Server
Select Runtime Environment
Select Add...
Then try and add JBoss AS 5.1 as a JBoss Communtiy JBoss 5.0 Runtime
Result: You get "The home directory does not exist, is missing key files, or is of
the incorrect version." in the dialog box
