While checking bundle versions there is one issue:
in used org.eclipse.pde plugin in:
* JBDS 5.0.2 - is in versin 3.7.2
* JBDS 6.0.0 - is in versin 3.7.0
version JBDS 6.0.0 should be the same or at least greater than in JBDS 5.0.0
