the patch is calling this method now "adaptersettings" - that is wrong. The
reason for the files to be in the project is that they should *not* be just about the
adapter.
This file should also *always* be created no matter if users chooses to click "create
and setup server adapter". Thus it looks wrong to move this *inside* the
createserveradapter logic.
Is there not a method/place where all setup of the project is done no matter how it was
created ?

While testing the capability to deploy on OpenShift an already (git) versioned project I
bounced into few inconsistent situations.
