- move examples that work on EAP 5/SOA-5/EPP-5 and Teiid to that site
- remove the remaining sites from JBDS 4?

By default 3 example sites are predefined in JBDS. None of them should contain
'Community' or '3.0' in its name.
I think Developer Studio Examples and Developer Studio 3.0 Examples should be merged
