Did you press "Make deployable" option from context menu? If this option
wasn't enabled - datasource will be invisible for "add and remove" dialog.

When seam project is imported from JBDS 2.1.1 workspace, datasource file isn't
present for deployment in "Run on the server - Add and remove" dialog page. This
is possibly true for import from 3.x workspace as well.
