yes, for "Save" I always get "jspx.png dialog" - and I like this.
I dislike - I can not then reopen file in UTF-8 encoding, and
I can not "Save As" - to save modified file with different name cause
screenshot-1.jpg dialog.
SaveAs could not be completed due to issue with character encoding

1) open some jspx page in 1252 encoding
2) write something in Russian
3) try to save as new jspx page
4) see error dialog !screenshot-1.jpg|thumbnail!
should propose to save in UTF
