this is very differnet, max. The user here just doesn't want to click 3 times. He only
wants to click 1 or 2.
I'm not sure if there's enough room in the top section for another icon, however,
and the current icon is WTP-contributed so it only works for servers and not modules./

to publish incremental or full, several clicks are necessary:
expand server -> select project -> select menu entry -> click.
eve if the project is preselected, right click -> select entry -> click is still
required.
it would be nice, if those task could be solved by a single clik -- like the
"publish to server" icon, which could be active even if a project is selected.
