I can't move EL classes nether to the org.jboss.tools.common.model.ui nor
org.jboss.tools.jsf.vpe.jsf package because will cyclic dependencies.
I'm suggest move El classes to the another package or move all functionality from the
org.jboss.tools.vpe.editor.css package to the another bundle.
