I happens when focus is moved from editor to dialog window, proposal list or documentation for proposal window. When focus is back it selection bar gets back. It sure harmless but very annoying. When editor is opened it opened it looks like on screenshot below with selection bar wisible !screenshot5.png! After Ctrl-F is pressed with Find dialog opened selection bar disappears. !screenshot6.png!
