this seem to also happen for rhc command line so for now assuming this is a server side
issue. awaiting answer on #libra

I cant create apps with any combination of mysql/phpmysqladmin enable on it.
Neither at create time or at after creation.
As usual zero info given in error dialog:
Could not embed cartridges to application mysql
Could not configure application "mysql" at
"https://openshift.redhat.com/broker/embed_cartridge"
