Verified in Juno SR1 using webtools update site of JBT 4.0.0.Alpha2. Server adapters can
be installed and I tried added AS 7.1.1 server and started it and it worked.

I just tried to install the JBoss server adapters in a clean Eclipse Java EE installation
(Juno) and it didn't find it - Resin, Geronimo, Oracle and others were found, but not
JBoss server adapters.
