Thanks for the comments, Snjezana. OK, the problem is a little different than I thought.
Consider my scenario again. I just tried it again but found out that actually what happens
when you hit Cancel in 3. is the servers don't get added but the runtimes do. And
that's why you're not asked again next time. But I pressed Cancel, so the runtimes
shouldn't have been created. Please try to reproduce. If you can't or my
explanation is confusing I can create a screencast.

The Runtime detection has changed the way runtimes are detected when starting JBDS/JBT.
The runtime plugin contains some deprecated stuff that needs to be removed.
