Description:
1. Attribute \@ref - names of appropriate artifacts.
2. Attributes \@next and \@to - ids of execution elements of the current level.
3. Attribute @restart - ids of execution elements of the job level.
4. Attribute properties/property/\@name - names of batch properties in the referenced
batch artifact; plus property names in the current scope (to be overridden).
