Component for this issue rather JSF than VPE, so this issue have to be assigned to Slava.

Add JSF Capabilities menu and dialog should be redesigned.
May be we should change "Add JSF capabilities"+"Add struts
capabilities" = "Configure JBoss Tools Web", where in menu we will be
specify neccery parameters for model?
