default name for ds.xml file should be ${connectionname}-ds.xml
I suggest we move the output location to just be a text field with browse option for
output
and move it *after* the connection choice.

Wizard should let generate ds.xml file for selected DTP connection. It also should let
create new DTP connection without leaving wizard and then generate ds.xml file for it
