I pressed the Back button and then the Next button and the application had disappeared from the application list; however after creating a new application, the old one re-appears in the list. Highlighting the old application and pressing the delete button again returns an error (as the application was successfully deleted the first time, but still appears in the list. Closing the wizard and re-launching it does remove the old application from the list
