This jira fixes copying libraries to EAR project. Now, the EAR project doesn't contain any library when adding the JBoss Maven Integration facet. The problem you described is a WTP problem. WTP treats mvel2 as a utility project and jboss-seam as an ejb project and offers them for deploying. This can be reproduced with and without the JBoss Maven integration facet. A workaround is not to deploy them.
