I have committed my changes to the trunk.
The org.jboss.tools.eclipse.as.tptp plugin is placed in trunk/tptp/plugins.
TPTP is optional at runtime, but it is obliged when building the
org.jboss.tools.eclipse.as.tptp plugin .
