Scroll bars for vpe composite were added. Now a visual part of the editor resizes the same
as a source part. It was the simplest solution.
As an option it could be done in the other ways:
1) Connect MozillaBrowser window resizing with eclipse's editor part resizing.
2) Add dropdown menu to the toolbar to show toolbar icons that do not have enough room
after resizing (like in microsoft word)
There is no scroll bar in the visual part of VPE.

Pallete view resizing covers up VPE.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open some web file in VPE.
2. Open JBoss Tools Palette view to the right of VPE.
3. Move cursor to the left edge of the Palette view and resize it to the left by
dragging.
4. The more you resize the palette the more VPE gets covered up with palette window.
5. No scroll bar appears in the visual part of VPE to show hidden content. (Borders of
the component are hidden and thus it's wrong)
I think scroll bar is needed.
