Added preview box to show the impact of changing a notation type on CND formatting. Also
added a hyperlink in CND Editor toolbar to open preferences dialog.

The preference page allows the user to switch between long, compressed, and compact
notation type setting. It would be nice if the user had an idea as to how those settings
affect the CND format. A simple preview box will do just that.
