This patch adds a new menu - "Web Services -> Test with JBoss Web Service
Tester" to the context menu on any WSDL file. It then launches the WS Tester view if
it's not already open and sets the URL and method to JAX-WS.
I've also started adding the beginnings of some hooks for JAX-RS support from
Xavier's tooling.

Two different presentations today proved that there need to be more integration points to
simplify access to the JBoss WS Tester.
Currently in Eclipse with WTP installed, if you right-click on a WSDL file, you see
"web services->test with web services explorer"
We need to do the same thing for the JBT WS tester.
