We update inner model for a file only if its time stamp has changed. Linux rounds time
stamp to integer seconds. When test quickly rewrites the file several times, fast
processor handles all operations in less than one second, and with ample probability one
of file modifications does not changes its time stamp.
Is not it a feature of stone age, updating time stamp only once in a second?
I have improved the method that checks if file should be reloaded in model.
