I'm up for removing these. To be honest, I wasn't even aware of them, they were
just noise to me. I'm not sure why anybody would use those instead of controlling the
servers from within the Servers view.
So +1.

A set of actions in the toolbar for setting a default server and starting / debugging /
etc a server are old, poorly integrated, bypass the official wtp API, and provide limited
to no value.
