snjezana - could you update this issue with info on what you have done so far on this ?
Past M4 we should see how we can move the extension point to something that others can
depend on so the server UI can get the download/install functionallity too

This can be done using maven, but Tools needs some way to know which containers exists as
they can be located in multiple repos and not necessarily a part of Arquillian project.
