The thought was more to have a dynamic menu item under the menu 'Debug As' ->
Remote Process -> X, and the rest is handled from there on. Basically associating the
Remote Application Launch with the current project your in and launch it.

It would be helpful if Eclipse could provide a 'debug as' with auto discover of
local java processes, somewhat like jconsole does. Eclipse should also auto associate the
debug session with the current project.
