Yahor Radtsevich resolved JBIDE-11896.
--------------------------------------
Resolution: Done
This is a different problem. The reason is that minimal width of browser in iPhone 3 skin
is 320 pixels. But when you set pixel ratio for Galaxy S II to be 2.0, the browser width
becomes 480/2.0=240 < 320. That is why this skin looks cut. I will create a different
issue for it.

Issue Type: Bug
Components: Visual Page Editor core

Fix For: 3.3.0.CR1
Attachments: pixelratio2.png, screenshot.png
New mobile devices like Samsung Galaxy II, iPhone 4 and iPad 3 have pixel ratio bigger
than 1.0 (1.5, 2.0, 2.0 respectively). A common desktop computer has 1.0 pixel ratio. This
means that a mobile site on 960x640 iPhone 4 will look almost the same as on 480x320
desktop. But currently we open 960x640 windows for simulation of iPhone4
