These patches define 4 new content types for pages.xml and *.page.xml files (for Seam
verision 1.2 and 2.0) and tune the eclipse to open the JBoss Tools XML Editor for these
files. This solves the hyperlinking and Seam EL CA problems with these files

Hyperlinking EL works in components.xml, Java source, .xhtml.
